We guarantee the merchandise only if it is damaged upon receipt. We will refund your purchase price plus freight or replace the merchandise if we have it in stock. Please send us an email indicating what the damage is to [email protected] or [email protected] and we will respond immediately.
Shipping is done parcel post from Thailand. It takes from 15 to 20 days to receive the merchandise. If you want your purchase any sooner we can ship it Fed Express. If you contact me at either of my email addresses I can quote you the cost.
